ERP Implementation Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end ERP deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, advanced SQL expertise, and a proven track record of successful implementations in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute an ERP re-implementation project in a live environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system workflows.
• Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data migration, reporting, and system customization.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data security and integrity standards throughout the implementation process.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and ERP modules for production planning, inventory, and supply chain.
• Experience with SQL (including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design).
• Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow automation.
